Kevin Sullivan was the owner/operator of Melnick's Shoe and Athletic Centers in Laconia, Plymouth and at one time, Meredith, for 28 years. Kevin sold the company in 2007. Although a newly licensed agent, Kevin has been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and currently has an ownership interest in five commercial/investment properties with 20 different tenants. |
